I bought this book a few years ago...and found it to be one of the deeper spiritual books that made a difference to me. Having read it several times, the material always inspires and refreshes the soul. Highly recommended for anyone on the spiritual path.

It's always good to have scientific evidence and opinions that promote our understanding of what lies behind many complementary therapies. I've also been reading this week how the chemicals released when we laugh flood our bloodstream and how they seem to encourage the flow of the emotions. Laughter it seems can help shift even some deeply held and established emotional blockages. How nice to have laughter, relaxation and meditation on your daily schedule, knowing they all promote good health and well being.

A great thought to ponder on. I have enjoyed Sanaya Romans' books. It is so true that our higher self reminds of what is in alignment with our authentic self. Our energy and even our body language holds so many tendrils, that if we would just take the time to notice and unravel a few, we might find we live happier and much more contented lives. Our conscious, clever minds can be so blind at times!

Today, of all days, is the day to remember and put into practice this saying. When I got up this morning and saw what can happen when we don't respond to all people as wonderful human beings, I had to sit down and see what my part in this had been. Although I haven't sent out threats to people, I've also not done what I could in prayer to help. I printed up these words and am putting them out to see them frequently. More important, I'm looking for ways to build others up instead of down. I know I won't make it every day, but I know I will catch myself and each time builds my muscles and others as well.

Thank you,
Linda
